There are two reasons: your e-mail address and/or your password was entered incorrectly.

1) Incorrect e-mail

If you have entered incorrectly your e-mail address when you opened your account at the first time, you got consequently no confirmation email from us. Therefore, your correct userdata will be not recognized by our system with a new log-in attempt.

Should this be the case for you, please contact our customer service by giving your name and your email address.

II) Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password enter your e-mail address here and your password will be e-mailed to you.

Alternatively, you can contact us here with your name and e-mail and we will reset your password for you.

// How do I redeem a coupon?

Your coupon code can be redeemed during the buying process. To do so, please enter your coupon code in the appropriate field and confirm the entry with the “redeem voucher”button. The entry was correct if the voucher amount will be substracted from your total amount in the shopping card.

Important information about the redemption of a coupon promotion!

  • Only one promotional code can be redeemed per order. This can be combined with gift certificates.
  • Promotional codes are usable only once and loose their validity once your order is made.
  • Promotional codes may have a minimum order value, which is always indicated on the voucher.
  • If the invoice amount of returned or canceled items is below the value of the unredeemed promotional code, a full credit voucher can not be guaranteed.
  • Promotional vouchers may have a validity period that is specified on the voucher.
  • Promotional vouchers may be tied to specific brands, categories or campaigns.
  • If you insert your voucher, please make sure that no extra spaces are included.

// How does the 14 days return policy work?

You can return unworn items within 14 days. Please be careful to not remove attached labels or destroy the articles. This saves you and us time and hassle in case of a complaint.

You will receive your order with a return note. If you want to return an item, please fill out the return note and put it in a shipping carton together with the product.

Please note that the label of the primary order is no longer visible. Please turn in and pay your return package at your favorite mail service. Once we receive your return, you will get a confirmation via email. When returning several articles from different orders, please make sure to enclose all return notes within the package.

After receiving and checking your package, we refund the respective amount. The refund will vary depending on payment method and will be made within 7 days after receiving the returned products.

// Where can I track my order?

nickis.com tracking system helps you to keep track of your order in every step of the process. You will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can check online at any time to see the status of your order. This way you can effortlessly understand every step of the process from starting your order to the successful delivery.

// How long does it take until my order arrives?

If you place an order before 3pm we process the order the same day. Usually you receive your order within 2-4 business days.

Once your order leaves our distribution center you will receive an email. This email includes a tracking number which you can use to track the delivery by our logistics partner at any time.

// Can I have my order even faster through express delivery?

nickis.com provides express delivery for almost all delivery addresses in Germany with a fee of € 25.00. Express delivery enables you to get your package within one day. You can select this option in your shopping cart.
